Prenuptial Agreements
One thing that amazes me in divorces is how often prenuptial agreements are disregarded. When he or she's income is much higher than their spouse, they should sign a prenuptial agreement before the marriage, that way in case of divorce, they don't lose half their money. If the two make around the same then that's a different story, but couples shouldn't ignore these before marriage if one spouse makes twice the others. It's complete garbage that divorces can cost so much, along with the money someone can lose through it to their ex.
