Sleeping Late
For the last 6 years I've had trouble with sleeping in all day. I can go to bed at 10pm and still wake up at 11am, so going to sleep earlier has never worked; even when I take a nap, it's often for 3-4 hours, not an hour like most people. I hate doing this because so much of the day is wasted, it's horrible only seeing like 6-7 hours of sunlight because you wake up so late. I need to develop some kind of strategy to wake up earlier, maybe I should setup an alarm and force myself to wake up at 9. It's a horrible habit, that's for sure
